NOTICE - To attend school on the first day, MONDAY, AUGUST 27, 2018 your child must have all the appropriate enrollment forms filled out and all the required documentation in our office by TUESDAY, AUGUST 21, 2018. We need to allow time to process the paperwork and for their school to get ready for them. If you do not have all the information by the 21st of August, your child will not be able to start until Tuesday, August 28, 2018.
Where do I go
The St. Johns Public Schools enrollment office is located in the District Office, 501 W. Sickels St. St. Johns, MI 48879. Summer office hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is in the southern end of the St. Johns High School, in Suite A. (Look for door # 26).
What do I need
The parent/guardian must provide the following information for the student at the time of enrollment:
- An original certified birth certificate with the raised seal - copies and hospital records will not be accepted. (For children born in Ingham County Obtain a Birth Certificate )
- Up to date immunization records. (Please note: Immunization Waiver Requirements have changed - Click here for new regulations as of January 1, 2015) Immunization records are available at the Mid Michigan District Health Department, 1307 E. - Two proofs of residency verification that you live in the St. Johns Public School District (drivers license, utility bill, tax record, insurance bill, rental lease or bank/mortgage statement)
