In compliance with social distancing requirements per Michigan Executive Order 2020-110, only one person will be allowed to enter the office at a time. Please send an email to email@example.com, or call 989-227-4050, to schedule an appointment time to enroll your child. We ask that you complete the enrollment packet prior to your scheduled appointment.
In lieu of scheduling an appointment, we highly encourage our parents to email the completed paperwork and required documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where do I go
The St. Johns Public Schools enrollment office is located in the District Office, 501 W. Sickels St. St. Johns, MI 48879. Summer office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The office is in the southern end of the St. Johns High School, in Suite A. (Look for door # 26 across the sidewalk from door #31). What do I need?
The parent/guardian must provide the following information for the student at the time of enrollment:
- A certified birth certificate with the raised seal
- Up to date immunization records. (Please note: Immunization Waiver Requirements have changed - Click here for new regulations as of January 1, 2015. Immunization records are available at the Mid Michigan District Health Department, 1307 E. Townsend Rd. St. Johns, MI 48879 989.224.2195 or on the web Health Department
- Two proofs of residency verification that you live in the St. Johns Public School District (drivers license, utility bill, tax record, insurance bill, rental lease or bank/mortgage statement)
