Parking Passes

Parking passes are required for any student who will be parking at the high school throughout the school year. A link will be provided to purchase these passes as we get closer to August. Each pass is $10.00 (A $1.00 processing fee will be applied when paid online).

Grade 12 students can purchase passes beginning August 24th.

Grade 11 students can purchase passes beginning August 25th.

All other students can purchase passes beginning August 26th.

Schedule Changes

2 Hour Delay - Start time is 9:45 AM This is due to fog, extreme cold, or road conditions. No breakfast is served when we have a two hour delay. Bus students will be picked up two hours later than normal. School will dismiss at the regular time.
Early Release - 11:05 AM This is the time students are released for a 1/2 day of school.
Exams - Students are released at 12:00 PM.

Transcript Requests (Parchment)

St. Johns High School has chosen Parchment for all transcript requests. Send your official transcript anywhere in the world with just a few clicks!

Once you are into Parchment, you will need to create an account, then you'll place your order. A great feature of Parchment is you can track your order 24/7! This service is available for current students and alumni.

Colleges and Universities prefer to receive transcripts electronically through Parchment!

Work Permits

The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity has launched the new Youth Employment Permit Portal, a centralized online system that will modernize the state’s youth employment permit process and make it more convenient and accessible for minors, families and employers. Local school districts and nonpublic schools will no longer issue youth employment permits.

Beginning Oct. 2, employers and minors will use the new portal to complete the youth employment permit process through one statewide system. To help employers, schools, families and other stakeholders prepare for the transition.
