Bob Every (Baseball, Football): Earned 6 Varsity Letters; 2 Years Varsity Football, Football Conference Champs 1964; 4 Years Varsity Baseball, 1962 Baseball Team MVP; Started and Played in Every Baseball Game of His High School Career (40); Invited to Pittsburgh Pirates Professional Baseball Club Camp; 11 Years Lansing Community College Softball Coach; 8 Years National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 12 Coach of the Year; 2002 & 2003 NJCAA Coach of the Year; 2002 NJCAA National Champions; 4-Time Michigan Golden Glove Champ in Boxing 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969; 3-Time Michigan Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) State Champion 1967, 1968, 1969; 1967 National Catholic Youth Organization Champion; 1967 United States of America Boxing Team; 1967 AAU National Championship Team; 1992 State of Michigan Boxing Commissioner; 1994 Greater Lansing Hall of Fame Inductee for Softball and Boxing; 2009 Michigan Golden Glove Hall of Fame; 2011 National Softball Association Hall of Fame - Coaching Category; 2023 USA Boxing Alumni Association Lifetime Achievement Award; 1966 SJHS Graduate.
Heather (Knight) Windel (Swim, Tennis, Track): Earned 4 Varsity Letters, 3-Time MVP in Track; 2-Time 3rd Team All-Conference ; 2-Time 2nd Team All-Conference ; 12-Time 1st Team All-Conference ; Held SJHS Track Records in the 200M Dash & 400M Dash; 13-Time Lansing Area Honor Roll Qualifier; Regional Medalist: 2-Time 200M Dash (2nd); 1-Time 200M Dash (3rd); 3-Time 400M Dash (2nd); 1-Time 1600M Relay (1st); 1-Time 1600M Relay (3rd); 1-Time 800M Relay (6th); 6-Time Class “A” State Qualifier; 4-Year Member of the Central Michigan University (CMU) Track Team; Held CMU Records in 4x100 Relay and 4x400 Relay; 1996 All Mid-American Conference (MAC) Outdoor; 1997 & 1998 Student Athlete Academic Excellence Award; 1998-1999 MAC Presidential Award; 1999 1st Team All-MAC Academic; 1999 CMU Senior Student Athlete Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement; 1995 SJHS Graduate.
Jacob Schmitt (Wrestling): Earned 4 Varsity Letters; 3-Time Team Captain; 4-Time Conference Champion; 4-Time State Finalist; 3-Time State Champion; 4-Time Team State Champion; 2-Time Michigan Grappler Wrestler of the Year; 3-Time Lansing State Journal Wrestler of the Year; 5-Time Fargo All-American; 2010 Fargo National Champion; 3-Time FILA All-American; 4-Year Participant at Northwestern University in the Wrestling Program; 2013 SJHS Graduate.
Margaret “Peg” Zink: SJPS Elementary Educator, Reading Specialist and Administrator for 35 Years; Retired Full-Time Educator 2007; Additional 8 Years as a Part-Time Retired Educator; St. Johns Schools Foundation of Excellence Board Member Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel Clinton-Shiawassee Chapter Board Member; Started Helping in Athletics in 1994; 30+ Years as an Announcer, Clock, Game Manager, Scorekeeper, Stats; Has Worked Basketball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Volleyball; Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan 2015 Hall of Fame Inductee Friend of Basketball.
