REDUCED 2026 Bond Proposal

On Tuesday, November 3, 2026, our community will vote on a reduced school bond proposal to address safe and functional facilities. 

If approved, the bond would generate $40 million at a projected 7.0-mill rate (the same as the current rate) to:

1. Replace needed infrastructure across the district.
2. Increase the security of all facilities.
3. Address today's students' needs by improving school buildings and learning environments.
4. Temporarily alleviate the general fund to right-size the budget and allow for proper future planning.

Addressing Critical Facility Needs for Students:

Our facilities continue to age, and a bond is the only funding method available to us that would address all of the top-priority projects for students and staff. 

Reducing Previous Proposals, Listening to Our Community:

We have listened to our community and reduced this bond proposal, lowering the proposed impact to taxpayers.

By focusing only on the most efficient, practical, and urgent facility solutions, we have reduced the proposed projects by $59.9 million. Click here to review the revised project list.
